Every ingredient that enters our kitchen is chosen with intention. We partner with local farmers across Odisha to source seasonal vegetables, free-range poultry, and fresh dairy — reducing our carbon footprint while supporting the local agricultural community.
Our executive chef personally visits farms each season to select produce at peak freshness.
